Job Description
Under general supervision, web support specialist will provide website development, maintenance and oversight for individual departments or programs. Assist in conceptualization and implementation of design elements and determine that websites meet usability requirements, as well as established requirements. Ensure compatibility with various platforms and monitors as well as ease of navigation. Monitor and update current websites and hypertext links.
Assist in assimilation of new software programs by training and serving as a resource for designated staff.
Essential Functions
1. Candidate MUST have experience with TeamSite for the purposes of content management;
2. Support our website/conference registration
3. Support a project to build an internal project management tool on Sharepoint
4. Develops, implements and executes all requested content changes for assigned website; edits documents and images to comply with existing web construction and standards. Develops new web pages based on project input/requirements; redesigns existing pages, as necessary.
5. Keeps abreast of all aspects of the project. May provide input into the design and assists in the development and implementation of new web-based content for the project as it relates to tools and resources.
6. Assumes shared responsibility to ensure work relating to website development/design adheres to project budget.
7. Develops positive working relationships with internal staff, and external partners (as necessary) to ensure project website is fully functional.
8. Candidate needs to have a strong attention to detail.
Requirements & Qualifications
Candidate MUST have experience with TeamSite for the purposes of content management. Must have Basic foundation of knowledge and skills in technical information systems and application programs as well as sound editorial judgement and copy skills. File Transfer Protocol (FTP); mark-up languages such as HTML; Content management system (CMS) for web-based sharing and training; principles of design, user interface, and website functionality; graphical user editing software; policies and guidelines relating to accessibility. Design application related to websites. Advanced understanding of personal computers and a wide variety of software applications. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Candidates must have the ability to work with internal staff, and external partners (as necessary) to interpret and translate their expressed needs and ideas into concepts, and develop and translate them into effective websites. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing technological environment. Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; follow and give oral and written directions; maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population.
Equivalency decisions are made on the basis of a combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities.
- IT related technical education with a degree in MIS or Computer Science
- Must have programming background – Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Advanced personal computer experience.
- Extensive experience with web development and website design
- Ability to customize web page layouts and applications
- Web, Web Site, Maintenance, HTML, JavaScript etc
- Experience working with large health care databases is desirable.
- Candidate must be able to work simultaneously on several activities and handle multiple demands with efficiency and tact.
- Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Program Manager must have a minimum of eight (8) years of senior level experience working within the USG to disrupt and degrade the national security threats posed by transnational organized crime, and threat finance networks. The Program Manager shall support the following tasks:
- Provide the concept and execution of the Intelligence and Operations Fusion Team.
- Assist client in conducting a baseline assessment of current organization and make recommendations to support the stated mission goals and program objectives.
- Assist client in providing ongoing mission planning and requirement integration.
- Capture, review and integrate private sector best practices into operations.
- Integrate client functions with other elements of Department of Treasury/TFI and other U.S. Government components, including industry, regulatory authorities, law enforcement, the intelligence community, and foreign partners.

Senior & Mid-Level Intelligence Operations Planners (IOP)

Senior- level IOPs must have a minimum of eight (8) years of senior level experience planning and operations. Mid-level IOPs mustl have a minimum of four (4) years of experience. The IOP shall support the following tasks:
- Implement the client intelligence cycle into an operational context.
- Coordinate and manage technical analysis and operational business processes such as strategic and operational planning, training, operations, and customer support.
- Provide narrative or briefing products which describe strategic and/or tactical objectives
- Recognize and understand Federal agency performance measurement and reporting requirements, preferably specific experience with value determination methodologies within interagency finance efforts; and understand the interagency intelligence cycle to include intelligence consumption and production at all levels by all participants. Monitor legislative and regulatory activities; intelligence reports; and anti-money laundering counter-terrorist financing initiatives, programs and policies.

Senior & Mid-Level Intelligence Research Specialists (IRS)

Senior intelligence research specialists must have a minimum of eight (8) years experience in the intelligence field. Mid-level intelligence research specialists must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience. Each level will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with U.S. Government.
The Senior & Mid-Level Intelligence Research Specialists shall support the following tasks
- Conduct intelligence research
- Conduct network analytical support
- Manipulate and analyze raw data with the purpose of providing operational leads to relevant client and liaison partners.
- Network Analytical Support. Conducting advanced network analysis on identified entities and create the associated deliverables (e.g. link charts, financial spreadsheets).
- Participate in the development of written products (e.g. research-based special studies, briefing and instructional materials, and other related materials), and participates in interagency working groups, meetings and conferences.
- Research, analyze, collect and produce financial intelligence data and reports
- Study trends and patterns, identify intelligence gaps and/or develop and implement policies on global financial transactions activities in support of the prevention of financial crimes.

Job Description
Provide operational contract linguist support to contracts in various locations worldwide. Provide general linguistic support for operations and interpret during interviews, meeting, and conferences. Interpret and translate written and spoken communications. Transcribe and analyze verbal communications. Perform document exploitation. Scan, research, and analyze foreign language documents for key information. Translate and review foreign language documents. Identify and extract information components meeting military information requirement list criteria. Provide input to reports. Linguists must be available for worldwide deployment as the mission dictates.
Background and Experience:
Candidate may be qualified from experience or Education. Candidate must have good understanding of the occupation. Meet the minimum language proficiency for interpretation and translation skills. Applicants must be fluent and IRL tested to Level 5+ in Spanish. Must be US or South American citizen, meet minimum standards for English proficiency. Successfully pass oral proficiency test and written examination from the target language into English and English into the target language. Meet medical deployment requirements. Meet the US Governments background security check and counterintelligence/force protection screening
Minimum Required: An excellent command of Quechua / South American dialects and English, as well as strong verbal and written American English skills (grammar, vocabulary, idioms, spelling) because localization & linguist work products are prepared in English.
Desired: A pre-existing SECRET security clearance. (Not required but highly desirable. If candidate does not have clearance, one will be provided after security screening) A thorough knowledge of cultural, economic, geopolitical, and military issues of South American countries within that region. An ability to operate standard and specialized office automation equipment to process foreign language material. All applicants will undergo background investigation, oral and written skills language examination, medical examination and counter-intelligence screening as conditions of employment on this contract.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must be willing to travel/work in AS DIRECTED. Ability to deal unobtrusively with the local Quechua populace. Familiarity with and ability to conduct oneself in accordance with the local culture and customs. Willingness to work shifts and extended hours in support of 24 x 7 Operations when needed.
Must be able to live and work in an austere environment.
